Lower right abdominal pain with fever?

I have had for 2 days now a low grade fever.. around 99.5-99.9 fever. I have aching and sharp pain on my lower abdominal side right above my hip bone, the pain is constant. The pain is also causing aching lower back on my right side as well. I am a female 22 years old in very good health. Last week I had a menstrual cycle. I have not done anything to pull a muscle. I am very worried, should I go straight to a doctors?

Clinically it looks like infective cause.
In female pelvic inflammatory disease and urinary tract infection are common.
Appendicitis is another very common cause.
Get Haemogram,urine microscopy and abd.ultrasound done.
Consult Doc.and follow the treatment.
