You’ll struggle to get 4-6 abs in 2 weeks but basically just do lots of sit ups and crunches. Try the plank as well. You need to be doing this every day but only do as much as you feel comfortable doing. If you think its going to hurt by doing more then stop. Bear in mind to get results you need to do this in 3-4 sets of about 15.
